Where does my data live?

Australian data residency by default. Voice memos are transcribed and discarded — only the structured note is kept, encrypted, and visible to you and the people in your provider's admin tier.

Does it work with ShiftCare / Lumary / our existing CMS?

Day-one export is plain text and PDF — paste into anything. Direct integrations with the major NDIS CMSes are on the roadmap, prioritised by what waitlist members ask for.

What if my provider already has a notes system?
