Our founder
Andrew founded CareplanAI with a personal motivation: to build technology that genuinely improves care outcomes for people who need it most. Having seen first-hand how much falls through the cracks between visits — the missed signals, the unreported struggles, the lack of consistent evidence — he set out to build something better.
ndisgoal.ai extends the broader careplans.ai platform into the NDIS space, bringing the same empathic AI approach to disability support. The goal is simple: give providers the data they need to deliver better outcomes, and give participants a voice that is always there to listen.

CareplanAI is based at the CICADA Health Technology Hub at Westmead Hospital, Sydney. CICADA brings together health technology innovators, clinical researchers, and industry partners to accelerate the development of technology that improves patient outcomes.
