Where data is stored
Australian data residency is non-negotiable. All participant data stays in Australia, always. All data processing complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2)
All participant data is stored in AWS Sydney region. Data never leaves Australian soil.
Encrypted at rest and in transit

Trailing Stop safety monitor
Every call is monitored by an independent secondary AI that operates completely separately from Jennie. This “Trailing Stop” system watches the conversation in real time and will terminate the call immediately if the conversation drifts into territory that could be harmful — for example, if a participant is in distress, if the conversation moves outside Jennie's scope, or if any safety boundary is breached.
The Trailing Stop operates independently. It cannot be influenced by the primary conversation, and it has its own set of safety rules that are evaluated continuously. This means participants are protected even in edge cases that Jennie's primary system might not catch.
When the Trailing Stop triggers, the call is ended gracefully and the participant's provider is notified immediately.
