Australian data residency
All participant data is stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Data never leaves Australian soil. No exceptions.
Encryption
AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data. TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all data movement. Industry-leading protection.
Role-based access control
Granular permissions ensure team members only see the data they need. Admin, provider, and read-only roles available.
ISO 27001 aligned

Trailing Stop AI safety monitor
An independent secondary AI monitors every call in real time. If a conversation drifts outside safe boundaries, the call is terminated immediately.
Consent-based participation
Participants opt in voluntarily. They can pause or stop at any time, no questions asked. Their data remains under their control.
