CareplanAI Pty Ltd (ABN 92 691 158 237) ("we", "us", "our") operates the ndisgoal.ai platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy of NDIS participants, providers, and all users of our services in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information including names, contact details, NDIS participant identifiers, goal and wellbeing data gathered during AI voice check-ins, and usage data related to our platform. We collect information directly from you, from NDIS providers who use our platform, and through automated interactions with our AI companion Jennie.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to deliver our AI goal tracking and wellbeing monitoring services, generate outcome evidence reports, communicate with providers about participant wellbeing, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

All participant data is stored exclusively in Australia (AWS Sydney, ap-southeast-2). We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We never send data offshore. Our security practices are aligned to ISO 27001 standards.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with NDIS providers authorised to access participant data, and as required by Australian law.
